Many today have become frustrated and disappointed with church in general. This was true of Pastor Mark's own life as a young pastor. In fact, this was a major reason the Lord led him to establish Living Hope Bible Church.

LHBC began in May of 2006 in the humble confines of the Wyoming Camp Grounds as a small group of disillusioned Christians came to me with the hope of beginning a new and different church. By His grace and under His leading we have seen God do some amazing things and we're still excited about what He wants to continue to accomplish in the years ahead.

As a small but growing non-denominational church we see our mission as helping people to experience a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. In this process of building disciples of Jesus, we stress a balanced approach to teaching and practicing both the truth and love of Jesus Christ (Eph. 4:12-16). This is emphasized through a strong , uncompromising and practical teaching of the Bible as well as a sincere and compassionate atmosphere of fellowship and worship. As the body of Christ we believe God's church exists to exalt our Lord, edify and equip our members and graciously reach out and evangelize our surrounding community with the Good News of Jesus Christ. We envision our church as becoming a compassionate community of Christlike believers who strive to enrich the faith of those within our church while impacting and transforming those outside our church with the love and hope of our Savior.

We believe everyone shares the basic needs of feeling loved and loving others. We see our church as a place where people can have both of these crucial needs met. We offer a variety of ministry opportunities where individuals can serve and be served. Some of these ministries include a men's and women's group, mid-week Bible fellowship, small group fellowships, Rescue Mission, family fellowships and activities, youth group, junior church and a nursery.

As a warm and welcoming fellowship which is both informal but also serious about our pursuit of Christ-likeness, we welcome all and would love to have the opportunity to personally get to know you and become a significant part in helping you and your family grow in your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

If you have any questions or would like to find out more about our church, please feel free to contact us here or on facebook, or call Pastor Mark at 570-406-4295. Thank you and may God richly bless you in your walk with Him!
